  • FAQ&A Matching students | Making The Grade

Your Questions... Answered. How do you match students to tutors? We take great care in matching students with tutors. Following your assessment and meeting with the student, we will consider factors like the student's academic needs, learning style, personality, and the tutor's expertise and teaching style. We will then discuss the proposed learning pathway with a tutor before agreeing to assign them to the student. • FAQ&A Safeguarding | Making The Grade

Your Questions... Answered. How do you ensure the safety and security of students during online sessions? Safety is a top priority for us. Our own online platform (along with others used by individual tutors such as Google Classrooms, Teams or Zoom) are secure and have the ability to record sessions if required although this is not currently a requirement. As a company we also conduct thorough background checks on all our tutors to ensure they meet our high standards of integrity and professionalism. All tutors hold Enhanced DBS Certificates and adhere to our Safeguarding Policy. Whether online or face to face, it is a requirement that an adult be on the premises for the duration of the session. Our safeguarding policy can be found in the links at the bottom of the page. If you, or the tutor have any safeguarding concerns you can discuss these directly and immediately with your assigned education consultion or head office at any time.
