How do you ensure the safety and security of students during online sessions?

Safety is a top priority for us. Our own online platform (along with others used by individual tutors such as Google Classrooms, Teams or Zoom) are secure and have the ability to record sessions if required although this is not currently a requirement. As a company we also conduct thorough background checks on all our tutors to ensure they meet our high standards of integrity and professionalism. All tutors hold Enhanced DBS Certificates and adhere to our Safeguarding Policy.

Whether online or face to face, it is a requirement that an adult be on the premises for the duration of the session.
