Can parents communicate directly with the tutors?

Absolutely! Once your tutor has been assigned, they will be your main contact. We encourage open communication between parents and tutors as this not only builds strong positive relationships which are good for your child's progress, but also helps ensure that everyone is on the same page about the student's goals, progress, and any areas of concern.
