What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand that unexpected events can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we request that you provide at least 24 hours notice. We'll then work with you to reschedule the session at a convenient time.
With planned absence such as holidays or events, the more notice provided is better to enable us to reschedule a time around other students and at your convenience.
Last minute cancellations or 'no shows' will be charged at the normal rate.
